Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends & UK bank holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email.

Shipping costs
- UK: Free on all orders.
- EU / US / Canada / Australia: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs & duties
For orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT or customs charges imposed by their country. We have no control over these fees.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ working days (UK) or 14+ working days (international), email [EMAIL] with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer; a re-ship will be at the customer's cost.
