30-day money-back guarantee
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, with any original packaging and accessories where possible.
How to return

- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
- Post the item back using a tracked service.
Return shipping costs
- UK customers: we cover return postage for a tracked Royal Mail label we send by email.
- EU / US / Rest of World: the buyer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refund timeframe
Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it and refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, contact us immediately at [EMAIL]. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exceptions
- Items returned without the original packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Items returned after 30 days are at our discretion.
- Used hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Cancellation rights
UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day policy goes further but does not replace your statutory rights.
